The SSFD-300 freeze-drying equipment consists of two units, including a compartment, refrigeration, vacuum, circulation, heating and control system, tray, external cooling tower in the hot zone, or air-cooled condenser in the cold zone, such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, Russia, Canada, and the three provinces of Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, and Northeast China. The SSFD-300 is fully functional and suitable for freeze-drying. The biggest difference is that the product is also frozen in the freeze-drying equipment, rather than in the quick freezing warehouse. There is no freezer provided for this model, and a freezer is not required in this design. The freeze-drying procedure for SSFD-300 and all models smaller than this one is as follows: the prepared material is first frozen in the freeze-drying equipment. You just need to put the prepared materials into the product tray and load the product tray onto the shelf in the freeze-drying equipment room. Close the door and prepare for freeze-drying.
