The SSFD-500 freeze dryer is the smallest freeze dry machine equipped with a quick freezer and a monorail system. This freeze dry machine has a remote terminal system that can be viewed and operated simultaneously on both PC and mobile devices. In other words, all models smaller than SSFD-500 do not have quick freezing warehouses and monorails. SSFD-500 is a 50 ㎡ freeze dryer that can process 500kg of fresh products per day. This is one of the best-selling models. We have a large inventory of semi-finished SSFD-500 products in our warehouse, which can be delivered quickly.
The FD-500 freeze dryer consists of a freeze dry machine compartment, a drying and condensing chamber, a monorail I-beam, a trolley, a pallet, and a support system including refrigeration, external cooling, vacuum, heating, circulation, and control systems. In order to save transportation costs, the SSFD-500 freeze dry machine has a compact design and considers international container transportation. Therefore, it can be transported in two regular containers.
All freeze dry machine smaller than SSFD-500 can be transported in regular containers, which can help our users save transportation costs. In addition, we have taken into account energy conservation and efficient operation in the design of our freeze dryer, in order to save production costs for our users in the long run.
