SSFD-2500 freeze dryer (freeze-dried area: 2500m2) (This model is a split model of rail car and quick freezing warehouse) The largest standard size freeze dry machine is SSFD-2500. The processing capacity of fresh ingredients is 2.5 tons per batch. If a daily processing of 2.5 tons is required, the freeze dry machine has a remote terminal system that can be viewed and operated simultaneously on both PC and mobile devices. You can choose one SSFD-2500 or two SSFD-1200 freeze dry machines. If the daily processing capacity is 5 tons, two sets of SSFD-2500 can be selected. The freeze-drying process of SSFD-2500 is as follows: Freshly prepared materials must first be frozen in a freezer to -30 ℃ or -40 ℃. The refrigeration system provided by SHENSHENG will provide sufficient cooling capacity for the quick freezer. It will take about 3 hours as this is rapid freezing. The advantage of quick freezing is the formation of small ice cubes inside the material, ensuring the quality of freeze-dried products. The second step in the freeze-drying process is to stop the refrigeration of the quick freezer and start the refrigeration of the steam condenser. A steam condenser is also known as a cold trap. Used to collect water vapor from the freeze-drying mechanical chamber. It will cool to -40 ℃ within a few minutes. The third step of the freeze-drying process is to activate the vacuum system to expel air from the freeze-drying mechanical chamber, thereby creating a low-pressure condition in the chamber. This is a necessary condition for sublimation. The fourth step of freeze-drying is to transfer heat into the freeze-drying mechanical chamber through a heater and liquid circulation pump. Heating resources can be electricity, steam, solar energy, or waste heat recovered from other systems. Within approximately 20 hours, the material will be dried.
